The use of this app is designed exclusively as an option for "ASM Remote Smart Factory (RSF)". This applies to all ASM customers worldwide who operate this remote support solution. The app cannot be used without RSF.
This option is sold and configured exclusively by ASM.
Communication with the app, directly from production, can take place both with the ASM hotline support and with the customers own specialists.
HTTPS connection ensures a secure data exchange. The communication itself is made possible by audio / video calls, text, chat and the sending of image files.
